현재 샌프란시스코 센터 포 더 북(SFCB)에서 ⟪닻프레스 : 세계적 언어로서의 사진책⟫ 전시가 진행 중입니다. 지금까지 출판된 다양한 닻의 작품집과 함께한 작가들과의 작업을 소개하며 지난 13년을 돌아보는 뜻깊은 전시입니다. 아티스트북으로 명망 높은 샌프란시스코의 예술기관 SFCB의 초대로 이루어진 이 전시는, 지역과 언어를 넘어 소통하는 국제교류의 매체로서 닻의 출판물을 재조명하는 기회가 될 것입니다.

The exhibition curated by San Francisco Center for the Book “Datz Press: Global Voices in Contemporary Photobooks” is being held. Featuring more than 50 publications from the Datz’s catalog since 2010, this exhibition will focus the variety of artists, their visions, and the book forms that Datz Press has presented through various collaborations over the past decade.

The exhibition “No Boundaries” brings together the worlds of two photographers, Wayne Levin and Bryant Austin, who have captured underwater landscapes over an extended period of time. In the exhibition space, we can behold photographs of mountain ranges rising from the ocean floor, adorned with clouds embracing the skies, as well as life-size images of whales gliding through the depths beneath. read more>

닻 아티스트 레지던시 연계 전시가 닻미술관의 프레임 공간에서 진행 중입니다. 지난 2021년 미니 리 작가가 닻미술관 레지던시를 통해 남긴 다양한 형태의 작업을 새롭게 펼치는 전시입니다. 진새골에서 마주친 생명체를 관찰하며 얻은 영감을 다양한 형태로 기록하였던 작가는 변모하는 작업 과정을 전시장으로 옮겨 와 오픈 스튜디오 형식의 전시를 선보입니다. 더 보기>

The first Datz Artist Residency exhibition is being held at FRAME at Datz Museum of Art. This exhibition introduces works by Minny Lee, mainly from her time during an Artist Residency program in 2021. Based on her observations of living beings around the museum and inspirations drawn from nature during those forty days, the artist recorded her observations, utilizing photography, video, audio, scan, and journals. read more>
